Shipping Policy

1. Estimate delivery time

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Business day: Monday – Saturday (excluding holidays)

Processing time: We begin to process the order based on the order information from when payment is completed.

All of our orders will have a processing time frame of 2-4 business days depending on the product type.

Shipping time

  • 4 – 6 business days for US Standard shipping
  • 12-30 business days for international shipping

Address changes, product changes in the order may result in an increased processing time of 2-3 business days.

2. Shipping fee

There is a flat rate for shipping on all orders, regardless of the number of items you purchase. This shipping rate includes all fees and charges for shipping an order.

3. Track an order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number from us via email.

My tracking number is not working.

Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the carrier’s system. Sometimes, carriers may experience delays in updating their websites or delivering orders. If the tracking number still does not work within 3 business days, please contact us at contact@elklove.com

Late Deliveries (if applicable)

While most packages are delivered on time, there are rare occasions when orders may arrive after the estimated delivery date. Here are possible reasons for such delays:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number in the address
  • Severe weather conditions affecting delivery routes
  • International customs procedures for international shipments
